Ingredients: To make the cake - Fruit of choice, thinly sliced. 250 grams of powdered sugar (plain sugar should be whipped or blended). 250 grams of butter. 1 tablespoon of condensed milk. Mix 100 grams of flour with half a tablespoon of baking powder. 5 eggs.


Preparation of Jelly: 2 packets of agar powder. 200 grams of sugar powder. 700 ml. Boil in water for 15 minutes.


Method: First preheat the oven. Line a baking mold with paper, brush the top with butter.


Combine the sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat over medium heat until well combined. Then slowly mix well with all the remaining ingredients.


Now bake it with butter for twenty minutes. Once done, invert the cake into the mold and leave to cool.


Agar mixture should be prepared in another vessel.


When the cake is cool, arrange the fruits on top of the cake and pour the agar agar mixture on top.


Now the cake should be kept in the fridge for two to three hours. Prepared delicious jelly fruit cake.
