Materials:

* Boneless meat: 500 grams

* Chili Gura: Half a teaspoon

* Garam masala: 1 teaspoon

* Pepper: 1 teaspoon

* Almond Oil: As required

* Tomato: 2/3 piece

* Whole onion: 1 piece

* Green chilli : 3/4 piece

* Salt: according to quantity

* Crushed green chillies: 3/4 pcs


Prepared method: 

Cut the pieces of meat into small pieces. The meats should be cut squarely so that the meats are even on all sides when folded into the skewers.

now mix all the spices well with the pieces of meat. Rub it slowly with your hands in such a way that the spices are evenly mixed with the meat.

Cover the spices meats for 3 to 4 hours. This will allow the spices to enter the meat, making the kebabs delicious. If the spices do not penetrate inside the meat, the real taste of the kebab will not be available.

After 3 to 4 hours, rub the spices meat a little more. Now put oil in the shiks in whice you will knead the meat. This will make it easier to fill and remove the meat from the skewer.

Now arrange the meat, whole onions and tomatoes in the shikh.
