Here's a recipe for chicken rolls:

Ingredients:


* 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

* Salt and pepper, to taste

* 8 thin slices of ham

* 8 thin slices of Swiss cheese

* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

* 1/4 teaspoon paprika

* 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

* 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

* 1/4 cup butter

* 1/2 cup chicken broth

* 1/2 cup white wine

* 1/2 cup heavy cream

* Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions:


1.Preheat your oven to 350°F.


2.Using a meat mallet, pound the chicken breasts to about 1/4 inch thickness. Season each breast with salt and pepper.


3.Lay 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.


4.In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, and basil. Dredge the chicken rolls in the flour mixture.


5.Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken rolls and brown on all sides, about 8 minutes total.


6.Remove the chicken rolls from the skillet and place them in a baking dish. Pour the chicken broth and white wine into the skillet and bring to a boil, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.


7.Pour the broth and wine mixture over the chicken rolls. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.


8.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.


9.Transfer the chicken rolls to a serving platter. Pour the pan juices into a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Add the heavy cream and cook until the sauce has thickened slightly, about 5 minutes.


10.Pour the sauce over the chicken rolls and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
